Strategic Communication
What is strategic communication?
Strategic communication is not limited to producing content or managing social media. It involves determining what to communicate, to whom, for what purpose, and through which channels, so that communication supports the work of teams and decision-making.
I design communication plans and strategies that help teams and organizations align their messages, actions, and goals, so that information flows more smoothly, teams coordinate more effectively, and organizations communicate in a consistent manner.

What can strategic communication include?
Strategic communication works as a framework that connects different areas to work coherently. Depending on the needs of the team or organization, it may include:
-
Design of communication plans and strategies
-
Internal communication to strengthen coordination between teams
-
External communication to position projects or institutions
-
Communication for social and behavioral change (BCC / SBCC)
-
Content strategies and institutional narrative
-
Digital communication and platform management
How do I work with teams?
I collaborate with teams of organizations, institutions and companies to design communication strategies that respond to their objectives and needs. This work may include the design of communication plans, the accompaniment of internal communication processes, the development of campaigns or the creation of knowledge products that facilitate the understanding and use of technical information.
Strategic communication does not only consist of communicating more, but of designing communication processes that support the work of teams and strengthen decision-making.
