What I do and how I do it

I work with organizations that need to better communicate what they do, document what they learn, and make decisions based on better information. I do this in person or remotely, in Guatemala and throughout the region.

What type of services does this consultancy include?

Our services are organized into four areas. Each can be contracted independently or as part of a broader process:

Strategic Communication: Designing strategies, messages, and processes to support decision-making and institutional positioning.

Knowledge Management: Documenting experiences, developing learning systems, and facilitating knowledge transfer in projects.

Internal Communication: Internal communication services for organizations that need to improve coordination, reduce noise, and facilitate decision-making.

Social Media: Strategic use of social media aligned with institutional goals, not just visibility.

In what contexts do I work?

I have primarily worked with NGOs, international cooperation projects, public institutions, and programs in the fields of health, nutrition, education, and governance. I have also worked with universities and companies that need to strengthen their communication processes and organizational learning.

I also collaborate with universities and companies that need to strengthen their communication processes, organizational learning, and knowledge management.

What makes this approach different?

I don’t just deliver a product and walk away. I want to ensure that what we build together makes sense within the organization and that the teams can sustain it on their own.

Specifically, that means supporting decision-making processes, translating technical information into messages that people can understand, integrating communication and knowledge management into a single process, and providing support from within, not just advising from the outside.

Does it make sense for us to work together?

In Central America, you can find consulting services through agencies or independent consultants. For development projects, it’s common to work with specialists who understand both communication and the institutional context.

If you’re looking for someone who understands both communication and the institutional context in which you operate, let’s talk.

The type of consulting required will depend on the project, the objectives, and the level of specialization required.
