WHAT I HAVE BUILT

• Design and implementation of communication strategies for social and behavioral change in Guatemala and Central America, in projects funded by USAID, the World Bank, and other international cooperation agencies.

​

• Development of institutional knowledge management strategies applied to development projects in health, nutrition, and governance.

​

• Facilitation and coordination of four communities of practice focused on organizational development, plus a community dedicated to strengthening the ancestral knowledge of indigenous populations in Guatemala.

​

• Coordination of more than 20 partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and international aid organizations in Guatemala and the region.

​

• Moodle of the online course on Evaluation and Monitoring of Governance in the Public Financial Management System (SAN) for SESAN, with funding from the World Bank, January 2026.

​

• Production of guides, manuals, infographics, and support materials with a social, educational, and technical focus for development projects.
